Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to take digital photos of products (objects), edit images and capture product attributes on location or in a studio setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and management to ensure image needs are met.
- Maintain studio and demonstrate a working knowledge of all equipment and supplies. Make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Light, photograph, and process all required products.
- Perform quality control checks of all studio work prior to release.
- Maintain impeccable file management protocol.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of studio job flow requirements and work with management to develop and implement efficient and cost-effective procedures.
- Meet production schedules.
- Assist in establishing job priorities to ensure high-quality work meets production schedules and is delivered within designated timeframes.
- Train studio new hires
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Must possess strong attention to graphic detail
- Must be comfortable utilizing Technology
- Must be proficient in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, e-mail, etc.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with others
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with object photography and editing software a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to drive a car
- Must be able to operate a computer and have access to high speed internet
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Knowledge of digital studio photography and editing software for still objects a plus
- Ability to work in cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores)
