- Support standard desktop configurations.
- Support Windows 7
- Support basic desktop applications.
- Meet Service Level Agreements established by Management.
- Support network printers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, ie: Office.
- Knowledge of PC hardware
- Extensive work experience within own function.
- Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
- Works independently.
- May act as a resource for others.
- May coordinate others activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ year of experience troubleshooting Windows 7 Operating System
- 2+ years of desktop support experience
- CompTIA A+ equivalent certification (i.e. N+,S+,
MSCA, MCSE, MCP) - Previous printer repair experience
- Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) certification
