Gardener - Full-time / Part-time

At The Weeding Woman LLC, we pull weeds and grow relationships with people and their gardens throughout the Nashville area. Hand-pulling weeds is our bread and butter work and it is our entry point with every client relationship and every client garden. This low-tech, high-touch approach distinguishes us from our primary competition - the dozens of mow, blow & go, one-size-fits-all lawn & landscape companies. From this literal and figurative ground level we get to know our clients, their gardens and personal garden needs and are able to offer a range of appropriate, horticulturally responsible garden care services such as pruning, planting, mulching and design consultation.

The Weeding Woman LLC is currently looking for outstanding gardeners to join our team of horticulturists. Our ideal gardener will:

- be knowledgable about annuals, perennials, and edibles common in our region and how best to care for them year round using organic methods
- display an eye for detail and garden aesthetics
- use a variety of hand tools and gas powered equipment
- exemplify a can-do attitude
- be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- be a supportive team member
- have a clean driving record
- love to pull weeds and take pride in their work!
