Procurement Analyst
Primary responsibility:
Support the process mapping and analysis of the Procurement and Diversity department workload, processes and procedures. Help to establish scorecards and KPI’s. Facilitate process mapping and Gantt charting exercises. Capture all discussions in MS Project and Visio.
Tasks:
Gather data and provide analytical support and analysis to allow senior management to evaluate performance against key metrics
Identify any areas of concerns and opportunities to gain efficiencies and quality with the business unit and define requirements that will lead to improvement
Determine, define, document, and present business requirements, current and future state of process or workflow, as compared to the Procurement Procedures
Facilitate multi-unit work sessions to determine requirements, screen flows, and processes.
Map out current processes, identify disconnects and re-engineer process to gain efficiencies.
Coordinate with business and Data Analysts to put proper reporting metrics in place to measure quality and productivity results.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Thorough understanding of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to facility group discussions.
Strong Math/Analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree
