Business Development Account Manager - Golden Valley, MN or Telecommute - Full-time / Part-time

This will be a role accountable for various client relationships with the Diabetes Prevention and Control Alliance. The role will liaison with current clients covering all aspects of the accounts performance including marketing activities and events. They will interact with prospective clients to deliver our sales message and discuss program mission and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience


• 5+ years of progressive sales and account management experience


• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership in complex cross company initiatives and/or operations management experience in healthcare


• Solid operational knowledge of health insurance business; experience with group installation, sales operations and customer eligibility management


• Demonstrated passion and commitment to positive and effective customer services and experience


• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proven ability to navigate, influence, and negotiate complex and matrix reporting relationships


• Project Management experience or knowledge of key principles


• Proficiency with software/systems (MS Word, Visio, Access, PowerPoint)
