About this job

Pay is $13-$15 an hour, depending on experience. REQUIREMENTS: Three years of recent experience with accounts receivable. MUST HAVE solid cash application experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Temporary 4-6 week project. Provide administrative and clerical support to the assigned accounting divisions/departments. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Processing adjustments and credits. Wire & ACH Transfers. Provides various administrative and/or clerical support duties such as filing, typing memos and letters, data entry, mailings, answering and directing calls, etc. Responsible for the preparation of department specific documentation such as work orders, invoices, certifications, customer orders, etc. Generates updates, and maintains various reports, databases and templates. Provides assistance to internal and external customers as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to handle constant, steady, work pace/environment. Excellent data entry and 10 key. Basic MS Word and Excel; Lotus Notes and/or Oracle also highly preferred.
