SUMMARY:
As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities include taking care of the customer and providing exceptional support. Your ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers on a professional level is essential.
DUTIES:
- Answer incoming calls and provide information being requested
- Respond to customer e-mails on products and services
- Share pricing information along with authenticity of merchandise
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personable and professional with great phone etiquette
- Problem solver and willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Willing to learn and grow with the company; someone who wants to advance
- Capable of multi-tasking while paying close attention to detail
- Ability to type 50 words per minute
- Computer literate
