At Lewin, the Federal Health and Human Services practice helps federal decision-makers strengthen health and human services programs and make informed policy choices. Lewin also works with foundations and associations to research and evaluate complex health care and human services needs. By delivering objective, data-driven research, technical assistance, and evaluations including access to proprietary data sets, Lewin is able to support current program activities, inform future program investments and support strategic decision processes.


 


As a Consultant, you will lead and coordinate complex components of large projects or a series of smaller projects with responsibility for applying advanced methods and techniques in a particular field of specialization. You will actively participate in all aspects of client work including project planning and execution, client presentations, and issue resolution.


 


Key responsibilities may include:



  • Overseeing day-to-day management of project tasks

  • Advanced quantitative and/or qualitative analysis

  • Delivery of high-quality client and firm presentations, reports, and project deliverables

  • Participation in business development

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

  • 2+ years of experience with SAS Programming and quantitative data analysis

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience in health care consulting / health policy research, or relevant experience analyzing large data sets

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree

  • 1+ years of client/project management experience including managing to deadlines/deliverables, and direct Client interfacing experience

  • Specific knowledge of any of the following areas: policy analysis, program evaluation, program integrity, informatics, strategic planning and process improvement
