Staffing Supervisor for Home Instead Senior Care
The Staffing Supervisor performs a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for senior clients. Full-time, salaried position duties:
- Supervise non-medical Care Givers that care for senior clients
- Field and resolve client and family requests
- Coordinate care giver schedules, illnesses, requests for time off, etc.
- Monitor and log client and care giver care and reported incidents, follow up on care giver activity as needed to ensure smooth client service
- Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in scheduling system, ensuring all shifts are staffed
- Assign and orient Care Givers to new assignments
- Match care giver skills with and client needs
- Share emergency, on-call phone
Position is on-site, office hours Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm in Elk Grove Village, IL. Affinity for seniors and compassion for their care, dignity and independence is a requirement. Candidates will be required to pass drug screening and background checks. 6 professional references are required. Home Instead Senior Care is an independently owned and operated franchise. Annual salary of 35,000 to 40,000 based on qualification and experience.
