About this job
We have a full-time opening for a Reservations Agent.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Requirements
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services and reservations by email, by telephone and in person
- Make and modify reservations
- Answer questions concerning outlets/restaurants/retail
- Provide information about services available in the community, local attractions and events
- Able to cross-sell services in the hotel
- Answer the phone with a proper introduction
- Must possess a positive and upbeat personality
- Desire to deliver outstanding customer service to guests
- Able to problem solve to effectively deal with internal and external customers
- Capable of staying organized
- Answer questions concerning outlets/restaurants/retail
- Provide information about services available in the community, local attractions and events
- Respond to guests’ concerns and complaints
- Make copies/Send faxes
