Description

We have an immediate opening for a Business Analyst- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in our Dynacor Division located in Mundelein, IL. The Business Analyst- OEM plays a critical role in Dynacor’s success; supporting sales teams and Marketing teams by providing product and supply chain solutions, based on efficient, consultative analysis, and timely communications. Alongside our support and design analysis, we collaborate with sales, product management, quality and engineering to focus on developing innovative, scalable solutions that effectively serve our growing Dynacor custom pack business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage processes for custom quotes. Engage with Sales Leaders, Sales Reps, Marketing, Quality, and Engineering to understand and communicate requirements for Dynacor Kits as well as incorporate business processes to ensure all business requirements are achieved.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and low cost solutions by providing flawless transactions while managing several projects and resources to optimize cost effectiveness.
  • Use deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering business and clinical implications.
  • Develop business processes and documentation for effective and timely implementation.
  • Financial analysis of quote design to effectively create sustainable kitting options, and increase market share.
  • Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer experience - troubleshooting and resolving product questions and provide effective supply chain solutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional partners, e.g. Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Production to resolve complex issues.
  • Act as primary liaison for the OEM and Specialty businesses.
  • Responsible for researching and recommending preferred components.
  • Works closely with Sourcing to develop cost effective component options.

Qualification

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external associates.
  • Ability to perform competitive financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with sales support troubleshooting and resolving customers inquiries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead and/or motivate others around you.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, effective communication, and the establishment of efficient processes.
  • Ability to communicate with employees in other departments concerning process and timelines.
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP and AS/400 experience preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel (formulas, data manipulation, V-lookups).
  • Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a strong bias for action, problem solving, team oriented, ability to work independently, and be detail oriented.
