We are an inspection and remediation service company seeking a sales professional to join our team.
Candidates must be comfortable on the phone; working with warm leads and building short-term and long-term relationships with clients based on their needs. Attention to detail, follow-up and a strong sales drive are needed to be successful in this position.
In-house training is provided to help you become an expert in the industry and to give you the tools to successfully sell the services we offer. Bonuses are rewarded for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals in this position. An experienced sales representative will be making upwards of $25/hr or more with hourly compensation and bonuses considered.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls
Follow-up with online inquires
Schedule appointments
Communicate with clients and field staff to make sure all appointments run as smooth as possible
Track and follow-up with past leads
E-mail correspondents with clients
Provide quality customer services to each and every lead
Requirements:
40+ WMP
Strong ability to close a sale
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly through e-mail
Ability to see a task from start to finish
Ability to stay organized and track leads
Scheduling knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Enthusiastic sales-oriented personality
