We currently have an opening for Mobile Photography Coordinator.

Mobile Photography Coordinator delivers the Picture People Promise every day, by providing each customer an exceptional customer service, a professional photography session and presenting an exceptional product. This position involves pet photography.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generates sales leads through cold calling and face-to-face visits with outside contacts.
• Schedules meetings to get contracts completed, signed and validated.
• Negotiates contracts and schedule mobile photography event sessions.
• Ensures timely service is delivered and a high level of customer service is provided for all mobile photography events by all team members that participate.
• Documents and provides service feedback to the field organization.
• Achieves Sales Goal (through contracts, sitting goals, average sale goals, and delivery ratio goals) goals set by the organization.

• Strong sales skills.

• Ability to communicate and facilitate effective presentations.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to work 16-20 hours per week and able to flex up based on the business needs.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of territory.

Customer Service:

• Makes customers feel welcome and comfortable in the studios by acknowledging them with a friendly and enthusiastic smile.
• Ensures exceptional customer service is delivered to every customer, by scheduling appointments, providing price, product and service information, and answering questions
• Ensures a quality product is delivered to every customer by editing, uploading, and printing according to the company’s standards and procedures.
• Provides an exceptional studio experience to our customers that are consistent with brand standards.

Marketing:

• Participates in local marketing efforts as required by the company.
• Conducts telemarketing, StarSearching, and Studio Tours.
