A Field & Stream Maintenance Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences by ensuring that the facility is maintained according to established cleanliness standards. The Maintenance Associate will also assist customers with transporting merchandise in and out of the store.

• Engage in behaviors that are in line with the Company's customer service and selling program, thus providing all customers with an outstanding store experience.
• Perform cleaning of facility, including floors, restrooms, trash removal, display items, glass surfaces, etc.
• Assist with transporting merchandise for customers throughout the store.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Success Profile

• Passion for the outdoors preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand as well as ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to meet the Federal requirements for handling and processing firearms transactions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Flexible availability in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
