- Manage staff performance

Requirements
- Associate's Degree.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of FL.
- 8+ years of Clinical experience in Med-Surg and/or Geriatrics.
- 3+ years of Case Management experience.
- 3+ years of Supervisory or Management experience.
- Must have reliable form of transportation and current Driver's License.
- 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience with the ability to navigate Windows PC applications.
- Case Management Certification.
- Master's Degree.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
- Experience using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) databases.
- Multi-lingual.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
