As part of this group, you will predominantly be involved in constructing and designing data warehouse solutions. You will be a primary contributor in developing, testing and deploying key data warehouses, data marts and will be working with cutting edge technology. This role will prepare you for significant career growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand and explore data and data relationships across multiple sources and domains
- Research complex functional and data issues using a variety of resources
- Develop and prepare highly complex analyses and/or reports and provide and/or interpret information and data across divisions and departments
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and perform structured profiling activities to gain a detailed understanding of the data
- Analyze for data quality and ensure data integrity in the data among various groups and between various sources
- Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the enterprise.
- Partner with the business and product owners to develop requirements, user stories and test cases to facilitate the acquisition and integration of the data into the enterprise warehouse
- Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Deliver quality work, delivered on a tight schedule, and across multiple concurrent assignments
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations
- Lead internal review sessions with all levels, including senior leadership
- Present written and verbal data analysis findings, to both the project team and business stakeholders
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in complex and matrixed organizations
- 2+ years of data analysis (profiling) and source-to-target mapping (including complex business rules) of healthcare clinical and/or administrative data domains
- 2+ years working on large data warehouse/big data projects
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and other SDLC methodologies
- Advanced SQL experience/skill
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Visio
- Graduate degree or MBA
- Experience analyzing and manipulating unstructured data
- Rally (Agile development lifecycle application)
