Centers for Family Medicine and Premier Physicians Medical Group serve the communities within Orange and southern Los Angeles counties. The combined medical group is composed of 15 practices with more than 90 physicians and mid-level providers. From pediatric and adolescent medicine, to adult and senior care, Centers for Family Medicine & Premier Physicians strive to provide a higher level of service through our unique, patient-driven model.


 


As a part of our continued growth, we are searching a Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our team.


 


The Clinical Operations Supervisor will be responsible for clinic operations including staff and medical oversight to include triaging patients, providing support to Medical Assistants and Providers as well as HR and administrative responsibilities.


  


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Supervise daily operations and coordinate office work activities and schedules 

  • Ensure efficient and responsive patient workflow systems are in place within the office

  • Ensure office space, supplies, equipment and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care

  • Ensure compliance with departmental and organization policies and procedures, participate on internal committees as required

  • Works with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure care continuity

  • Provide office based and telephonic patient counseling/advice and education

  • Provide direct patient care

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 or more years of experience in a medical office setting

  • 2 or more years of experience supervising employees in a medical office setting

  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records and practice management systems

  • Current BLS & CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with Care Delivery Redesign

  • Lean Concepts/Six Sigma experience

  • Bachelor's degree
