Server- Wuksachi Lodge Seasonal Spring/Summer 2015 - Part-time

Responsibilities

Greet guests at table upon arrival, assist host with water and beverage service.

Encourage wine selection and assist in selections as required.

Follow alcohol service laws, all ID are checked including employees.

Encourage menu selection through up-selling techniques.

Assist co-workers with table clearing, resetting, side work, cleaning, and other duties as needed.

Follow all DNC Parks & Resorts Environmental GreenPath, GuestPath, NPS, OSHA, Safety policies and procedures.

The essential functions are not all inclusive. You may be required to perform duties other than those listed above.

Qualifications

One (1) year previous tableside restaurant service experience required.

Restaurant cuisine and wine knowledge required.

Outstanding customer service and salesmanship skills.

Must have excellent teamwork skills.

ServSafe and Tips training preferred.
