Currently seeking a Closing Supervisor in the Toms River, NJ area who will be responsible for the following:
- Review title commitments
- Schedule closings for customers
- Prepare closing documents
- Register loans with investors.
- Ship loans to investors
- Ship loans to government agencies (FHLMC & GNMA)
- Ship notes to warehouse bank.
- Prepare funding sheets
- Fund mortgage loans
- Review HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- Review investor suspense reports.
- Ship final documents to investors
- MUST be willing to work overtime and start immediately
