About this job
We are seeking experienced caregivers to substitute as BACK-UP STAFF needed to replace scheduled caregivers who cannot make their assignments. In order to be in this group, you MUST adhere to the following:
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE CARING FOR SENIORS.
WHEN WE CALL YOU FOR AN ASSIGNMENT, YOU MUST CALL BACK WITHIN 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
WEARING APPAREL MUST BE LAID OUT AND IN A READY CONDITION!
CAR MUST BE FILLED WITH GAS AND IN A "READY CONDITION"
BACK UP MUST BE READY TO LEAVE WITHIN 1 HR OF OUR PHONE CALL.
Your on-call contact person will provide you with an address and directions.
YOU ARE CONSIDERED EMERGENCY FILL IN REPRESENTATIVES. WE RELY ON YOUR INTEGRITY AND CONCERN FOR OUR SENIORS.
Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week and be available .
