Vendor Data Analyst

Description

Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Data Analyst located at our Mundelein headquarters. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education or background and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

• Monitor and maintain vendor allocation within Distributed Products; working closely with the suppliers to ensure vendor data and company data are in synch.
• Review the Distributed Products corporate allocation allotments; updating as appropriate, engaging vendors for product resolve, review customer service concerns and release orders as appropriate. The member will engage with Quality to ensure timely release of inbound product. Moderate/Heavy spreadsheet maintenance is required.
• Hold a close working relationship with the following groups: Corporate Quality, Vendor Relations, Inventory Management, Customer Service and other appropriate Distribution personnel

Qualification

• * Bachelor’s Degree
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 2 plus years working with SAP
  * Strong follow-up and communication skills
  * Detail oriented
  * Able to prioritize tasks
  * Strong Excel skills a must
