Marketing & Events Director Summary of essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage and handle all marketing duties required, Assist the President to ensure growth, including but not limited to sales, events, and communication and marketing; Membership and Marketing: assist and find new prospects follow-up calls and email on status of new membership with update and create content for website create and communicate content to promote and to encourage membership communicate with all media outlets contact new members to welcome and ensure knowledge of member benefits, event schedule and assist with all other requests follow- up on invoices communicate with membership as necessary create, maintain, and use Social Media on a frequent basis Special Events assist with preparation of all marketing material, including but not limited to content, circulation, distribution, press releases and ads schedule all email blasts and press releases for events confirm sponsorship for each event, ensure sponsors are aware of all benefits of each sponsorship, confirm date and venue for event, communicate with event coordinator to include payments Assist with greeting and directing sponsors prepare event income/expense statement for each event and submit to President/CEO along with bank deposits assist in the success of all current events and create new events for members including educational events, both for membership value, ad revenue generation create new means of communicating educational information to less involved members coordinate and implement all media at events draft, circulate, distribute, and publish any and all necessary press releases to promote events Administrative Duties handle phone calls/emails/faxes during regular business hours as necessary review and update website assist with student interns including managing/oversight of work assignments learn all aspects, and other software utilize, and train any and all members on the use of same, if appropriate, create, maintain, and utilize databases as needed Salary $35,000/yr (no benefits package) Integrity Staffing is an equal opportunity employer OPENCLER INT
