Sales Representative - Full-time / Part-time

The fastest growing online marketplace for sports and concert tickets. The mission is to help fans attend all their favorite live events with the highest satisfaction and savings in the industry.

We are currently in need of entry level sales representatives that can help sell and upsell tickets provided by ticket brokers. They will provide information to customers in response to inquires about live events and other events related to the ticketing industry.

We are a casual and close knit work environment. Our employees are all very vibrant, outgoing, diverse, fun loving, unique, and have a great rapport with one another. FREE SNACKS/BEVERAGES in our breakroom are a daily incentive and we are constantly engaging in out of office trips, happy hours, and activities.

-act as liason b/t buyers and sellers
-Take on 40+ calls a day, up to 100
-upsell customers on live events
-take inbound calls and livechat requests
-make outbound calls from overnight requests for specific live events

Qualifications:

-previous inside sales experience
-good communication
-good attitude
-ability to handle challenges
-Willingness to work a flex schedule
-Someone from retail industry works well
-Outgoing personable and MUST be self motivated

Additional Compensation:

Employees will be given reviews every 6-8 weeks and can be given a raise from $.10-1.00 and can be promoted from level 1-3 and each level calls for a $1.00 raise.

3 levels of Sales Representative:

Level 1 ($12)= Take incoming calls and alerts from night prior no orders above $2,00

Level 2 ($13) = Make outbound calls to customers who have tickets in their cart that havne't purchased yet and try to convert

Level 3 ($14) = corporate customers and sell full packages that include hotel, travel etc. Events like the world cup and super bowl.
