Description

This Senior Recruiter role owns the hiring process and leads all recruiting efforts to support the hiring needs forassigned functions. The Senior Recruiter works closely with the CorporateRecruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinators, hiring managers, interview teams,Human Resources and other functional areas to attract and acquire a highlytalented and diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

1. Achievesrecruiting objectives by recruiting and evaluating passive and active jobseekers. Manages the interview, debrief and offer process, advisinghiring managers of recruiting compliance and best practices.
2. Owns thefull cycle hiring process, ensuring effective training and execution amonghiring managers and interview team members.
3. Forecasts, develops and executes comprehensive sourcing plans for assignedmarket(s) to create candidate pipeline consistent with business trends,reducing time to fill and improving candidate quality.
4. Collaborates with hiring managers to clearly define the core accountabilitiesof the position and to outline expectations for the recruitment process.
5. Utilizesa variety of sourcing methods to create a “ready-now” candidate pipeline tomeet hiring needs, including but not limited to database mining, internet/websearches, direct sourcing, community organizations, networks and employeereferrals.
6. Presentsfully-screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner tomaximize candidate experience and reduce time to fill.
7. Presentsand negotiates offers with candidates.
8. Coachesand trains hiring managers and other stakeholders regarding staffing process todrive consistent candidate selection methods. Sets expectations for allstakeholders in the hiring process, gaining agreement on schedules andresponsibilities.
9. Managesapplicant tracking requirements and related documentation to ensure compliancewith OFCCP regulations.
10. Ensures a positivecandidate experience.
11. Understands markettrends and employment conditions within assigned functions.
12. Productive andefficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects andpriorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for manager level and above roles
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle, professional recruiting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience using an applicant tracking system
