Staffmark currently has multiple openings for talented individuals to fill the role of Medical Recruiter, official job title, Network Development Specialist - in Pasadena, CA. These are temp to hire opportunities! We have partnered with an established community leader, known since 1998 as multi-specialty group providing comprehensive independent medical evaluations to government and private industry.
As a Medical Recruiter (Network Development Specialist) you will be responsible to grow and maintain quality providers in your assigned geographic area.
Job Description

Research and source new leads in assigned area(s).

Cold call prospective providers in assigned area(s).

E-mail and/or fax preliminary letters with approved rates for the area and specialty.

Create and send out contracts to providers and/or groups.

Ensure all contracts are complete according to COMPANY guidelines.

All other duties assigned by Management.

Able to follow routine procedures consistently and efficiently.

Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization.

Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented.

Organized.

Adaptable.

Able to routinely follow through.

Self-motivated.
