Construction Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Construction is currently hiring a Construction Manager to oversee a 3-4 month project in Miami, Florida. Our client is installing a highly technical advanced composite dome on a high end hotel.

This individual will be responsible for managing the project, overseeing construction, coordinating with managers and sub-contractors to schedule, procure equipment, and manage on-site skilled laborers.

Must Have:

- Florida General Contractor's License

- 20+ years Construction Management Experience

- Experience with site supervising, scheduling, procuring, estimating, and coordinating construction projects.

- Must have Commercial, Industrial, Federal project experience minimum $500K projects.
