Project Coordinator

Some responsibilities include:

* Liaise between scientific analysts and clients in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, high tech companies and Intellectual Property law firms
* Effectively communicate with current clients and prospects via phone/email, and occasionally at conferences and client meetings
* Manage workflow and quality; including deadlines, budget, and deliverables on scientific and competitive intelligence research projects
* Develop accounts, client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
* Apply excellent communication, organization and customer-facing skills in order to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
* Effectively track and develop projects and clients/accounts in CRM

The client manager/coordinator is responsible for managing the relationships with clients, overseeing services and deliverables, and liaising with scientific and technical experts. General responsibilities include:

* Direct interaction with analysts and client executives
* Managing workflow on scientific and intellectual property consulting projects

* Managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail
* Internal collaboration with management, sales, accounting, and IT
* Working with client needs and ensure client retention via managing expectations, trouble-shooting and problem solving
