Stephen James Associates is currently seeking a bilingual Accouning Specialist with AP/AR experience for a manufacturing company in NW Portland. This is a Direct Placement position.
Skills desired include:
- 3-5 years progressive Accounting experience (preferably manufacturing)
- Fluency, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish required.
- G/L: Debit & Credit GL Activity: Customer Invoicing & A/R Postings, Journal Entries, Vendor Invoices & A/P Postings
- Inventory Management: Material Receipts, PO's, Invoices & Credit Memos; Inventory Materials & MRO supplies
- General: SOX Compliance Experience, Strong Analytical Skills, Highly Accurate,
- Proficient with integrated ERP systems (MS DAX preferred). MS Office - Advanced beginner skills level required.
