Job Description:
Water damage restoration technician: $15 per hour + commission, 50 cent raises every 6 months, full benefits offered after 3 months of working with Flood Pros. Tech that follows the Flood Pros LLC process of restoring a property back to pre-loss condition after sustaining any level of water damage according to the IICRC guidelines.
Responsibilities:
-Detail oriented -Able to follow instructions -Valid driver's license -Can physically lift 80lbs +/- in materials and equipment -Makes sure all materials, tools, and equipment are all accounted for after each task is performed -Examine and inspect progress of jobs -Fill out paperwork correctly and on time -Work some nights and weekends -Team player, able to follow instruction, reliable, courteous, good communicator, punctual, empathetic, drug free, honest, responsible, come up with effective solution to problems, and helpful
