OVERVIEW:

The usage of RFID technology allows for faster and more frequent inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy. The RFID associate will be responsible for utilizing this technology to help improve replenishment to ensure we have what the customer wants in stock and to drive sales. Performs other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain customer service as the top priority
  • Project a courteous and professional demeanor to all internal and external customers
  • Re-ticket any items that are missing RFID tags or if information on the tag is incorrect
  • Act as scan leader for both the prep and cycle count process
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience: High School degree or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year previous merchandising

or retail operations experience.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and

present information to customers, peers

and all levels of management.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition,

subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Able to use a calculator.

Other skills: Ability to train, assist and advise

associates. Ability to delegate and follow

through on projects in a timely manner.

Should be comfortable with the use

of computers and frequent use of RF

equipment.

Work Hours:Flexible with scheduling and available to

work retail hours, which may include day,

evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
