About the Job

This position is accountable for the promotion and sale of a range of mobile video surveillance including radar products under the direction of the Director. The person will develop new sale opportunities and addresses the needs of larger accounts. Utilizes product knowledge to provide consulting for customer’s security and surveillance needs. Negotiates and coordinates pricing strategies, effects of market conditions, and changes for applicable area. Act as liaison between production team and clients. Generates quotations, and performs entry and management of orders. Collaborates with customers in development of communication channels to provide reliable Netvision products and services. Conducts product presentations and attend trade shows as necessary

Requirements
• Post secondary education Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support/client management field, or a relevant combination of education and experience. (Will consider training recent graduate)
• Customer service oriented with demonstrated experience in establishing, growing, and maintaining effective relationships with clients.
• Strong time management, organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail orientation, as well as great phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to react calmly and professionally in stressful situations with both internal employees and external clients.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment as well as work independently making own decisions.
• Basic practical understanding of computer functions and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Up to 5% travel required (Tradeshows).
