The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Senior Engineer for our Systems Engineering Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:

Design & develop provisioning systems, such as Broadband Provisioning System & Enterprise Service Bus. Work on full software development life cycle from requirements review, solution design, development, unit testing, documentation & operations support of enterprise SOA services using specific SOA technology/enterprise application integration methodology including Oracle SOA suite, Oracle Service Bus, Weblogic Integration Server (WLI), Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), Web Services, Weblogic Server, JMS Message Queues, J2EE, Java, XML, SQL & Oracle Database. Interact w/ cross functional teams to create &/or review product req ' s, functional specs, detailed designs, implementation, unit/integration testing & deployment. Evaluate new technologies & products & document product specifications. Carry out tests to evaluate various design, concepts, performance & features of applications. Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to integration infrastructure. Req ' s: Master ' s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 2 yrs of exp in position offered or software engineer, OR Bachelor ' s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 5 years of exp in position offered or software engineer. All req ' d exp must have included Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, Weblogic Integration Server (WLI), Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), Web Services, Weblogic Server, WSDL, SOAP, JMS, J2EE, Java, XML, SQL & Oracle Database; developing message-oriented application integration using XML, XPATH, XSLT, XSD, XQuery; & performing software design by using object modeling language such as UML.
