The Time Warner Cable Texas Region Commercial Group currently seeks a Commercial Customer Support Specialist. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Responsibilities Include:


- Answering inbound calls from commercial customers with issues regarding their internet, email, telephone, and cable TV services provided by Time Warner Cable.

- Troubleshoot and attempt to resolve customer ' s issues.

- Setup trouble calls and other service request orders.

- Post field visit follow up calls.

Minimum Requirements:



- Previous experience in a customer call center or help desk.

- Understanding of PC components and functionality, the ability to work with customers on the telephone and to isolate/resolve problems with the equipment at a customer location.

- Previous call center experience in a CATV, telecommunications or technical environment is a plus.

Training:



- Classroom training required throughout the course of the job. Incumbents will be required to pass each training course.

- Must be willing to work regularly scheduled hours including day, evening, night weekend and holidays as required. Overtime may also be required.

- Qualified candidates must pass all appropriate pre-employment tests, drug screen and a background check

- Two to three years customer call center/help desk experience
