About this job
As a Manager Trainee, you will be trained to become an Assistant Manager and/or a Manager of one of our convenience store/gas station facilities. Experience in management and/or the convenience store industry is a definite plus.
Responsibilities and preferred requirements will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Developing and motivating employees
- Providing excellent customer service
- Implementing corporate strategies and policies
- Clean and maintain facility appearance inside and outside
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Hands on work ethic
- Interviewing, hiring, discharges
- Training staff members
- Perform functions of the cash register and related point of sale machines
- Fast paced and physical
- Must have own, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be able to work weekends
