Resume Or Bust is a resume optimization service focusing on the need to deliver high-end resume content and design services to its customers. Resume or Bust's experts have spent years working with applicant tracking systems and know which "trigger words" are needed to aid candidates in achieving a higher ranking. We then want to ensure a resume receives the most possible success once it gets to a recruiter, which is where the resume template design comes in. Resume or Bust has a variety of resume writing services and templates available for every client's needs.
We are looking for outgoing, creative individuals to join our team at campuses across the country. We will only be taking one representative from each campus and all sales made from that university will be attributed to that individual. We will be advertising through multiple different online avenues, but want someone creative and highly involved with their university to market and advertise on campus.
Marketing and advertising techniques could include chalking, flyering, posting to social media groups, emailing groups around campus, talking one-on-one to fellow students, or whatever else you think might bring attention to Resume or Bust! We love creativity and individuality and are excited to see what ideas you have!
Position is completely flexible. We believe that school and studies should always come first so you are able to put in as much or little time as necessary for you to get the job done. We predict that our Campus Rockstars will put in 5-10 hours per month.
Job Requirements:
* Outgoing, energetic candidates who are highly involved with their campus community.
* Candidates interested in marketing, advertising and sales.
* Candidates who are willing to work hard and who are creative.
* Entry-level candidates with little to no experience will be accepted, as we will provide ongoing training and development.
* We will need our campus representatives to be available for a monthly meeting - We will ensure there are a few meeting times/days available to select from so you're able to work around school and other commitments.
* We prefer to take on campus representatives who are in their second or third year of college, but will obviously bring the most qualified individuals on board that are a best-fit for Resume Or Bust!
