About this job

-Answer incoming calls from customers who are inquiring about their energy bill
-Assist customers with questions about their account and rates they are being billed for their energy needs
-Educate new customers who are interested in enrolling about company services and the benefits of those features
-Update contact information including addresses, billing information, etc
-Toggle between multiple computer screens which contain information about customer account information, energy rate information, utility information, and billing information
-Retain customers who are trying to cancel services by offering promotions or rebates
-Update new customer information in the company database system

Must have at least one year of recent call center experience.
