Our client in Hanover is looking for a parts/order processing clerk to handle the ordering, processing and shipping of the necessary
Job duties include:
- Looking up and processing orders in a computer and online database
- Going to a supply room to pick up the parts
- Ship the parts to the designated location
- Other duties assigned as necessary
Qualifications
- Must be driven, and who enjoys a challenge in an always changing environment
- Must be always willing to be a great team player
- Must be able to go above and beyond
- Must be comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and overall computer literacy
- Must have typing skills
- Must be comfortable in a warehouse/supply room setting
- Experience taking orders for parts and services preferred
- Experience managing inventory preferred
- Experience using MRP preferred
- Experience with part return process preferred
- Experience entering service calendar for machine deliveries and service scheduled repair and/or maintenance
- 3-5 years experience of Customer Service and or/Computer skills
- *ABSOLUTELY MUST be available to start March 2nd, 2015*
