Bilingual French Canadian Invoice Specialist - Full-time

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties

Support and communicate with customers on invoicing and payment issues

Perform research and problem resolution as needed

Research exceptions and resolve issues for payment

Supports document processing and data management by investigating and updating financial systems to resolve exceptions

Use multiple programs to execute and perform job functions

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources

Job Requirements

Must be Bilingual in French Canadian

High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge MS Excel with ability to create and work in spreadsheets

Outstanding 10 Key Data Entry Skills

Previous customer service experience, preferably in finance, accounting, procurement operations

Prior experience in supporting financial based operations such as invoicing and payment

Be detail oriented and able to use multiple systems to complete daily tasks
