Summary: The Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to increase profitable same store sales through focused local store marketing activities & programs. The Marketing Manager will assist the General Manager in administrative tasks, operational duties and team leadership.

Marketing Duties:
- Promotes and supports the Quaker Steak & LubeÂ(R) mission statement
- Responsible for developing & executing the overall marketing strategy for the restaurant with the assistance of the General Manager and the MACRO
- Support system-wide LTO, New Menu launches & Brand Programs through LSM, E-Marketing & Public Relations
- Recruitment of sponsors and vendors for special events and promotions
- Responsible for the growth of on and off-site catering sales and promotion of the local catering program
- Remain consistent with Quaker Steak & LubeÂ(R)'s Hotel Program
- Seeks out opportunity to capitalize on Local Demand Generators
- Seek weekly networking opportunities in an effort to grow revenues through relationship and contact building.
- Ensures consistent growth of the local store email & text messaging marketing databases
- Manages Facebook messaging & content to meet recommended reach & engagement goals
- Participates in and suggests agenda items for status and ideation calls with other Quaker Steak & LubeÂ(R) MACs, facilitated by the respective MACRO of the region
- Attends local store, weekly management meetings to inform the team of current and long-term marketing initiatives
- Actively participates in the local Chamber of Commerce
- Submit the content for distribution of local press releases
- Develops and maintains local fundraising program & charity involvement
- Participates in Local Best of Competitions and coordinates Gizzard Coop appearances when applicable.

Operational Duties:
- Marketing Managers will run 2-3 operational shifts each week focuses include the following but may vary by restaurant:
o Communicating promotions & upcoming events with all team members
o Creating a local network & repeat customer base through your table touches
o Building the email database
o Roll Outs for New Menu & LTO promotions
o Coordinate and manage catering orders and outside food sales/event participation
o Coordinating New Hire Orientation & paperwork
o Organize & maintain all onsite training materials
o Communicate with management & file completion of all training course materials.
o Submission of IT requests on the restaurants behalf
o File and enter new employees into the Aloha system
o Monitor success of current specials
