Primary Responsibilities:




  • Manage end to end operational project activities, including requirements gathering, process documentation, gap analysis, and process improvement solutions 


  • Lead process design, coordinate implementation teams, and manage customer readiness activities


  • Translate complex processes in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences


  • Adapt project plans to address evolving business priorities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:




  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in process improvement activities, including detailed project management plans

  • 1+ years of experience problem solving multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data

  • 2+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry or a parallel service industry

  • Gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes required

  • Medicare and Retirement Experience

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health

  • Administration or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 2 or more years of experience meeting with key stakeholders to understand strategies and priorities, and obtain operational feedback

  • Creating value story presentations and other marketing materials

  • Giving presentations to external customers

  • Facilitating system demonstrations

  • Experience with Visio

  • Communicating analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally

  • Monitoring performance of initiatives, attending regular oversight meetings, reviewing status reports, asking probing questions when appropriate

  • Intermediate level of aptitude with PowerPoint

  • Advanced level MS Excel skills
