About this job
This position will proof read and audit recordable mortgage documents, perform formal review and inspection of recordable documents to ensure accuracy, and process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents.
They will also be responsible for entering title information into a data base and verifying information to be invoiced for services to counties, states and clients looking to close title work on a residential or commercial property.
