Construction Ride-Out Inspector

Aerotek is seeking several Field Technicians for a large nationwide telecommunications project. This will be a 100% travel job. It will start ASAP with 3 weeks of training in Kansas City then you will travel out to the project sites using your own vehicle. Each candidate must be willing to submit to a Driving Background Check and have a valid driver's license.

Duties include: Performing field technical services for fiber route design to include spot checking address data, identify missing or omitted parcel data, and review underground fiber route and vault locations to ensure that fiber path is feasible.

• Computer/GPS/electronic type background experience is preferred.
• Electrical utility or communication utility background (phone or cable company) is also preferred.
• OSP design/construction experience is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Pay: 18-20/hour based on experience
• $100/day per diem
• $30-40/day to cover mileage expenses
• Spend 8-20 weeks per city (could include TX, GA, NC, CA, etc.)
• 60 hour work weeks - time and a half pay after 40 hours
• 1 + year worth of work
• 3 weeks of training in Overland Park, Kansas starting ASAP
