Call Center Representative

-Answer 70 inbound calls regarding questions, transfers, inquiries about services and products, appointments and sales
-Make 50 outbound calls per day regarding follow up, appointment scheduling, and minor sales calls
-Possibility to do some light cold calling during day/week
-All inbound phone calls are on automatic dialer system
-Data entry in Arcadia software system (might be moving to Salesforce eventually)
-Most calls are 90% scripted
-Must be extremely professional and provide a high level of customer service to customers
