About this job
-Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk is responsible for taking customer phone calls and working with the parts department to ensure customers' problems are being solved.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
-Serve as primary customer contact for processing part orders
-Contact distributors to ensure customers receive the correct parts and that they are functioning properly
-Troubleshoot and repair credit card malfunction on payment kiosks
-Build and test parameter files for multiple platforms for credit card processors to ensure compatibility of Unitec software
-Collaborate with repair, engineering, marketing, sales and production departments to resolve technical issues.
-Maintain 100% accuracy of all order information without loss of funds.
-Provide back up support to merchant support area as needed.
-Participate in special projects and task committees for company as necessary.
