We are working with a client in Attleboro who is looking to add a Customer Service Rep to their team.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced customer service representative (5+ Years)
  • Experience handling 20 to 30 calls per day on product line with 100,000 plus SKUs
  • Great organizational skills
  • Computer skills

Description:
Handling up to 20 to 30 inbound/outbound calls in a day dealing with a product line of thousands of SKUs. The CSR can be on a call for 10-20 minutes and then may have to search for follow up information and email or call customer back with the information.
