Overview:

The Impact - Sr. Business Ops Manager is primarily responsible for operational and financial performance, people development and cultivating internal relationships, while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal incumbent will possess strong Excel skills, reporting and data analysis skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as impeccable follow-up and organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all client-specific initiatives, understanding expectations of the field, in order to provide appropriate internal support
  • Manage all existing projects and new initiatives, attend all relevant meetings and organize all tasks necessary to ensure operational expectations are met
  • Provide insights and analysis regarding program performance, and identify opportunities for continued performance and efficiencies
  • Respond to and resolve issues and questions in a timely manner, balancing customer/client satisfaction, quality and relevance
  • Manage the communication of customer/client expectations throughout entire account team
  • Work with key account team partners to determine meaningful business metrics for the program, and help to build reporting, including financial analysis, to drive the business
  • Partner closely with field, internal and shared services teams to ensure program success
  • Manage, coach and develop direct report(s)
  • Communicate confidently and concisely with management-level contacts within Acosta, providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Eight or years of account management or operations experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment or any similar combination of education & experience
  • Ideal knowledge, experience and support of reset merchandising and/or traveling teams
  • Excellent relationship building skills; proven success in senior level relationship, building, development and management
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks
  • Ability to proactively determine client-based and internal needs and present solutions
  • Ideal Project management experience - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management
  • Previous experience with managing direct reports
  • Extensive experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
