Supervisor - Full-time

Supervisor:

• Responsible for supervising up to 45 warehouse associates in a variety of areas, including lay up, shipping or receiving.
• Expected to lead by example, fostering an environment where good work attitudes and open communication result in optimal productivity.
• Helps resolve associate relations issues.
• Communicates effectively with Management and warehouse Associates.
• May be responsible for training warehouse Associates.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years Distribution Center or Warehouse supervisory experience or a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail Leadership, takes ownership, can direct others
• Self-motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
• Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency a plus
