Call Center Representative/Scheduler

We have a opening for a Call Center Representative/Scheduler.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently seeking a Call Center Representative/Scheduler in the Troy, NY area. This is a temp to hire position with a growing medical organization. Working hours are M-F 8:00am-5:00pm; pay is $13.00 per hour. Responsibilities will include answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate parties, scheduling medical appointments, taking messages, providing information to callers and additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: -Previous experience performing customer service responsibilities in a call center environment; experience in the medical field preferred -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Proficiency with computer and computer applications -Strong attention to detail Qualified candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
