Wheels Convenience Stores - Fairfield County, CT
Wheels is looking for Assistant Managers for their Fairfield, Stratford, Wilton & Newtown locations!
Assistant Store Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 years retail experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/management role
*Superior customer service skills
*Excellent organizational & problem solving skills
*Ability to proactively recruit, hire and retain staff
*Must be able to communicate both verbal & written in the English language
*Serve Safe Certified a plus
*Must have good computer skills (specifically Microsoft Excel)
*Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
*Must be able to work various shifts including weekends
*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
*Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:
*Assist the Store Manager with efficient and effective management of the entire location.
*Maintain strict financial management
*Utilize productive marketing,
*Provide Quality Customer Service
*Control loss prevention
*Provide a desirable work environment,
*Ensure that Company policies & procedures and state & federal laws are being maintained and followed by all personnel
