To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Masters, or MBA degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2014 and June 2015.

Specific responsibilities will include:

 

  • Analyzes current procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within the department.
  • Assists in the completion of projects by following general guidelines established by superiors and using discretion to determine the methods to meet established goals.
  • Prepares alternatives for review for enhancements to operational policies, procedures, and systems. Coordinates communication tactics and materials to facilitate changes in business policy, procedures, and system implementations.
  • Evaluates performance metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units. Maintains and applies broad knowledge of practices and procedures in area of expertise.

 

Our Operations Departments include:

  • Billing and Credit – Manages the operational, informational, & financial aspects of credit, billing, & payments
  • Business Process and Technology – Optimizes business practices through process and technology improvement
  • CSC (Customer Service Center) – Develops & executes the strategic plans that support our customers
  • In Home Services – Supports and manages our installation technicians and operations
  • Sales – Impacts and supports sales initiatives with innovative solutions across many channels including Direct Sales, National Accounts and Local Retailers 
  • Retention – Develops new ways to retain our loyal, amazing customers

 

Our Corporate Headquarters are located in the south metro Denver area of Colorado.  The area features more annual days of sunshine than either San Diego or Miami Beach, and the proximity to the Rocky Mountains allows for easy travel to the mountains and ski resorts all year long.
